So you've decided to book a Murder Mystery event with WHODUNNIT for your special occasion. The next step is choosing the perfect venue to have your event take place in. But how to please everyone in your party when it comes to the location, menu, transport & budget?
That's where we come in. After you've given our Event Coordinator Chris (that's me!) an idea of how many guests you would like to invite, when you would like to hold your event, a few venues you may be curious about or a general idea of location and your budget, I can research various options for you in order to share your unique Event Proposal with you.
For our upcoming public events in April/May/June we are working in two venues in particular: The Butterfly & The Pig, 153 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4SQ and The Rotunda, 28 Tunnel Street, Glasgow, G3 8HL. Here we'll share why we chose to partner with these two very different yet stunning venues.
The Butterfly & The Pig is a restored Victorian townhouse and a listed building in Glasgow city centre, creating a venue that feels warmly nostalgic yet undeniably chic & modern. Check out the rave reviews here.
Authenticity has been important in many elements of our upcoming Titanic-themed Murder Mystery and our choice of venue reflects the time in history we hope to evoke.
It's vital that we also nail the menu. We want our guests to enjoy their three-course meal alongside our drama and that's why we chose a menu with choice and originality with options for everyone. Check out the Butterfly & The Pig's Instagram here to get your tastebuds tingling and pore over the full event menu here.
An exciting new partnership for WHODUNNIT is with The Rotunda, an iconic red-brick Glasgow riverside venue. Built between 1890 and 1896, this venue is located by the River Clyde; the gigantic Finnieston Crane and the heart of Scottish shipbuilding history. It is a listed building and carries the authenticity we're looking for in our Titanic-themed Murder Mystery event.
Once used as a gateway to a hydraulic system allowing people & vehicles to pass from one side of the Clyde to the other, then a science centre, casino and now housing four great restaurants and a late night bar, The Rotunda is the multi-purpose venue of an Event Coordinator's dream. Check out their Instagram here.
The Rotunda management team are currently researching menu's originating from the Titanic and putting together a bespoke menu & cocktails for our upcoming event on May 17th 2018, taking our event to the next level in immersive dinner theatre.
With space for over 100 guests in the Private Event Space, free parking, disabled access & great transport links nearby, this is a team that, like WHODUNNIT, put their customers first. Check out the fab reviews here.
